Registration

To participate to the conference a fee of €225 is being charged. This amount includes your participation to the two-day conference, lunch on Thursday and Friday, a copy of the proceedings and the conference dinner.

Authors of accepted papers receive a discount and only have to pay 175€. Members of GentBC can purchase the same discount and are charged 175€. Discounts can not be cumulated.

If you want your partner to join the conference dinner too, this is possible by paying €50 extra.

On demand, an extra copy of the proceedings can be purchased for €30.

On Saturday, you have the possibility to join a cultural event (€25); this event is only organized if enough participants want to join us. Please mark during the registration if you are interested in participating this event.
