Paper Submission

Guidelines for paper submission

Authors who want to submit a paper for presentation at “ecumict 2010” should submit the paper in pdf-format before December 1^st 2009 on the easychair submission webpage. The authors will receive a confirmation which is automatically generated. If any problems occur, please contact us at info@ecumict.be.

• The submitted papers should not exceed 12 pages.
• Papers should be written in English.
• Instructions regarding the final format of the papers should be followed.
• Template for papers written in Latex
• Template for papers written in Microsoft Office Word
• An example in PDF-format is available here.

Authors are invited to submit papers describing significant original and unpublished work.

Acceptance notification

Authors will receive an “acceptance notification” before January 15^th 2010. After the reception of the acceptance notification, authors should upload the final version of the paper.

Uploading Papers

After reception of the acceptance notification, authors can upload the final version of their paper, in accordance with the template, available on Document Instructions. Authors will again receive a confirmation.

Accepted Papers

Accepted papers will be published in the proceedings of the “Ecumict 2010” conference by Nevelland v.z.w Landegem,ISBN 9-78908082-553-6.

Every author and participant will receive a copy of the proceedings of the conference.
