We will welcome papers covering topics in the domains of information and communication technologies, such as (but not limited to):

  • Safeguarding of information transmission: error detection and correction
  • Safety of information transmission and data access
  • Applications of Digital Signal Processing
  • Speech and image processing
  • The use of (free and open source) software in electronic design
  • Multimedia Communication Systems
  • Telecommunication Networks and Services
  • The use of ICT for educational purposes, including E-learning
  • Optimisation techniques in electronic design
  • Application development for mobile devices
  • Applications of RFID
  • NEW:Biomedical technology

Papers shall describe the results of recent R&D work, which has a close relation with practical implementation. The scientific and theoretical background should be highlighted as well.

Target Audience

  • Researchers in engineering faculties: they can present their own work and make contacts with colleagues of other institutions.
  • Students who prepare a research career.
  • Whoever wants to update his or her knowledge of modern ICT applications.

Accepted Papers

Accepted papers will be published in the proceedings of the “Ecumict 2010” conference by Nevelland v.z.w Landegem,ISBN 978-9-08-0825550-5.

Every author and participant will receive a copy of the proceedings of the conference.
